Hardik Pandya roared again to type as he smashed seven sixes and two fours on his strategy to 60 off 21 balls to propel Mumbai Indians to 195/5 towards Rajasthan Royals. Mumbai Indians had been trying like they might end with a rating of 170 or much less after they had been 121 for 4 on the finish of 16 overs. However, Pandya produced a masterclass of big-hitting to offer the late impetus.
Pandya’s effort went in useless after the blitzkrieg from Ben Stokes and Sanju Samson, who effortlessly pulled off a troublesome chase and dented MI’s cost in the match. “Enjoyed it [60* off 21] a lot. Was waiting for this. Was trying for it but it wasn’t coming. Hard work before this IPL has been fantastic from my side. So I was waiting for that one hit maybe to get the rhythm and get back to hitting sixes which I love. I hit few from the bottom of my bat. The bat which I play with is my favourite bat. I’ve been using it for three years. I love to look after my things. I thought that before this game I was trying to hit in front of my body,” Hardik stated after his unbeaten fifty.
